In
the present age - in the rat race for achievement and progress, we unconsciously
gather and keep loading a lot of mental stress on ourselves. The ultimate
result of bearing the stress frequently for prolonged periods of time is a
permanent and steady loss of our vital energy. We manage to acquire and achieve
a lot of things at the cost of or physical, mental and spiritual health.
Manifestation of diseases is not always at the physical level. It has its roots
deeper. When we are not well, it is not just at the physical level, we may not
